11/28 CBS2 Saturday Afternoon Weather headlines

By Mark McIntyre
CBS2 Meteorologist/Weather Producer

Good Saturday afternoon, everybody! We've got cloudy skies today and it is noticeably cooler compared to yesterday. Temps will top off at 57 in NYC, and there will be spotty showers through the day. Good idea to stay inside and get some holiday shopping done online and skip the store!

Afternoon Highs

After a cloudy and chilly overnight, we'll have an even cooler day tomorrow. Some rain is possible south of NYC in parts of NJ. We'll have some late clearing tomorrow with temps right around normal - expect a high of 50 in the City. Monday will be the coldest yet with temps only in the mid 40s and increasing clouds ahead of our next rain chance.

Afternoon 7 Day

Tuesday into Wednesday features the best bet for rain this week with a slow moving system. With a rainfall deficit of greater than 9" this year, we could certainly use whatever falls from the sky. Keep the umbrella handy both days along with a coat as temps will be in the low & mid 50s.

Check back soon and have a great day!
