Police: Men Posing As Exterminators Tie Up 4 In Bronx Armed Robbery
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- The NYPD is looking for suspects who allegedly posed as exterminators before tying up a woman and several others in an armed robbery at an apartment in the Bronx.
According to police, the suspects went to the 34-year-old woman's apartment on Beck Street at around 10 a.m., claiming to be exterminators. The suspects, armed with guns, allegedly pushed their way into the home, where they tied up a woman and three others.
The suspects demanded money, but could not find any -- instead fleeing the scene with an iPhone, police said.
