Boomer & Carton took a call from a listener named "Joe" on Wednesday morning and he shared his dislike and disapproval of the Super Bowl 50 halftime show, more specifically the apparent Black Panthers-inspired performance courtesy of Beyonce.

The guys discussed the controversial festivities and found themselves longing for days gone by.

Speaking of the good old days, Boomer recalled the early years of Madonna, before she fancied herself a political activist of sorts. Back then the Booms was a big fan of the up-and-coming pop star and let's just say Craig used that to his advantage.
