Meanwhile, the Mets rebounded from Sunday's loss in Kansas City with a 2-0 win over the Royals, behind an impressive performance courtesy of Noah Syndergaard.

In addition, Mike Piazza has received an apology from the Mets for selling his post-9/11 game jersey, Phil Jackson would like to keep Kurt Rambis around and a fella named "Andrew" accused Craig of being an "alarmist."
