4/23 CBS2 Saturday Afternoon Weather Headlines

Good afternoon, everyone!
This morning's showers are now off the coast and skies are gradually clearing. We'll see some sunshine with temps topping out around 70 degrees. It'll be breezy at times with gusts up to 20 mph.
Mostly clear skies overnight means chillier temps across the board. We'll drop to the mid/upper 40s around the city, but some of the NW suburbs will get into the 30s. Grab the jacket if you'll be out late (or early!)
Tomorrow will be the better half of the weekend with bright blue skies. Expect a seasonable afternoon with temps in the mid 60s. Looks like an unsettled week ahead with a rain chance Tuesday and again Thursday into Friday.
