Boomer & Carton: Yanks Limp Home, DeGrom Disappoints, Jets Get Denied And More

Boomer and Craig had themselves a whale of a Friday morning show open.

Masahiro Tanaka was great Thursday night, but the Yankees failed to score a single run for him and because of that they ended up losing 1-0 in 10 innings to the Orioles. The Bombers finished their road trip an underwhelming 2-7.

The Mets started their road trip with a 5-3 loss to the Padres, despite having Jacob deGrom on the mound.

According to Gary Myers, the Jets tried to make a deal with the Giants to move up in the draft in order to land OleMiss tackle Laremy Tunsil, but were ultimately denied by their NFC counterpart.

In addition to all of that, the guys could be heard wondering if anyone knows who is actually running the Knicks.

By now you know the drill folks -- it's a Friday, so start actin' like it.
