5/22 CBS2 Sunday Afternoon Weather Headlines

Hey folks! As expected we had a damp and cool start to the day... but we will get some sunshine this afternoon! On top of that it will be a few degrees warmer, hitting 70 for a high in NYC. A few isolated showers are possible but we're not expecting a washout, so outdoor plans for most look good.

Tomorrow and Tuesday will be fairly similar days with temps in the upper 60s and low 70s - 72 for NYC - and partial sunshine with PM showers. Storms are possible Tuesday afternoon with gusty winds and very small hail...we'll keep you posted on that.

The rest of the week is where it's at - sunny skies with highs in the 80s! It'll be feeling more like late June and early July around here with a nice little stretch of summery weather...for now though, we'll just have to get through the clouds & showers.
