At Dough in Union Square, there's a line at the door that's been on the rise. Oversized sweet treats -- that takes two hands to hold -- are offered in all the usual flavors for the sweet price of $3.
But it's the unique tastes, like Green Tea Matcha, Hibiscus and Passion Fruit that draw the crowd -- all selling for $3.50.
Made in small batches around the clock, Dough guarantees a fresh bite any time you visit.
You can also head to the Sugar Factory in the Meatpacking District. Their menu features page after page of over-the-top milkshakes, served in chocolate-covered mugs sprinkled with graham crackers and topped with anything from classic candies to an entire slice of cheesecake.

These $18 drinks are a meal by themselves, but you and your friends can also indulge in the $99 King Kong sundae -- a massive treat served with 24 scoops of ice cream in a variety of flavors.
Anything and everything you can imagine is piled high -- from fresh fruit, gummy bears, marshmallows, caramelized bananas, rice krispie treats, sugar cones and more.
"I would go right in the middle and get a little bit of everything," Chef keith Levesque, of Sugar Factory, said. "I think I have several friends in the studio who would be happy to taste test. I think we're going to need a few friends."
The sundae is meant to serve 12 -- surely a meal fit for a King.
