NYPD: 3-Year-Old Boy Dies After Falling From 13th Floor In Harlem
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork/AP)-- Authorities say a three-year-old boy has died after falling from the 13th floor of a Harlem apartment building.
Officials say emergency workers rushed the child from the 116-apartment public housing development to Harlem Hospital at about 7:15 p.m. Sunday.
Police say the boy fell from the 13th floor of a 15-story building.
They say investigators are probing whether a window guard was properly secured.
The child was identified as Latyr Sene.
