NYPD: 38-Year-Old Man Repeatedly Slashed In Brooklyn

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A 38-year-old man was slashed in the arm in front of a store in Brooklyn last weekend.

According to police, the man was slashed several times by another man in front of a mini-mart on the corner of 86th Street in the Coney Island section of Brooklyn at around 2:30 a.m. on July 29.

The victim was taken to Coney Island Hospital for treatment, police said. He was later released.

The NYPD describes the suspect as a man in his 20s, standing around 5'2" and weighing around 125 pounds. He was last seen wearing a a white t-shirt, green jogging pants and black sneakers.
