Small Fire Breaks Out On Freight Train In Rockland County
CONGERS, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) -- A small fire broke out on a CSX freight train Wednesday morning in Rockland County.
Emergency services were called to the scene less than a mile north of the Lake Road crossing in Congers around 7:50 a.m.
The fire has been extinguished and there is no threat to the public, police said.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
