NYPD: Man Steals Purse Carrying $1,300 From Queens Nail Salon Customer
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police are searching for a man in connection to a burglary inside a nail salon in Queens earlier this week.
According to police, the suspect stole an unattended purse belonging to a 50-year-old female customer of Sunny Day Nail Spa on 37th Avenue in Flushing at around 1 p.m. on Nov. 1.
The purse contained around $1,300, along with other miscellaneous items, police said.
The NYPD says the suspect was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, a gray v-neck sweater, a black jacket and and jeans.
