AMBER Alert Issued For Virginia Girl Who May Be Headed To New Jersey

CHARLOTTE, Va. (CBSNewYork) -- An AMBER Alert has been issued for a Virginia girl who authorities said might be headed toward northern New Jersey.

Annabelle Doretha Hope Richardson, 3, was last seen at 400 Thomas Jefferson Highway in Charlotte, Virginia around 5 p.m. this past Wednesday, authorities said.

She is 3 feet tall and weighs 22 pounds and has short blond hair, authorities said. Her front tooth is missing, authorities said.

Police believe Annabelle was taken by Dylan James Richardson, who stands 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes, authorities said.

Richardson may be traveling toward New Jersey in a burgundy 1995 Chevrolet van with Virginia plates VMG2332, authorities said.

It is not clear how Annabelle and Dylan Richardson are related
