NYC Corrections Employee Charged With Public Lewdness
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A New York City corrections employee has been arrested.
Bryant Dowdell, 43, was charged Friday with public lewdness.
Sources told CBS2 a woman reported seeing Dowdell fondling himself on a Staten Island street.
He was off duty at the time.
