1 Firefighter Suffers Minor Injuries Fighting Bronx Blaze

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- One firefighter suffered a minor injury Thursday night when an extra-alarm fire broke out at a home in the Bronx.

The fire broke out at 9:49 p.m. in the two-story private home at 1831 Patterson Ave. in the Clason Point section of the Bronx, the FDNY said.

The fire was raised to two alarms, the FDNY said.

Twenty-five FDNY units and 106 firefighters responded, the FDNY said.

One firefighter suffered a minor injury.
