Snow Delays Start Of Massive Brooklyn MTA Rehab

For subway riders who normally enter at the 15th Street station in Brooklyn, Friday’s snow was a good thing. The snow delayed the start of the $260 million rehab of the Culver Viaduct. Instead of starting on Monday, the construction is being pushed back one week.
