U.S. Aircraft Carrier Spotted Off The Coast Of The Rockaways As Part Of Federal Response To Sandy

Chopper 2 saw the military vessel in the Atlantic Ocean, a part of the federal response to superstorm Sandy. It is a hopeful sight for folks in Queens, who were among some of the hardest hit residents during the storm.

LEGO Model Of USS Intrepid Under Construction At Manhattan Museum

Artist Ed Diment is constructing the model aircraft, which will be 22-feet-long, weigh 550 pounds and require 250,000 LEGO pieces.
