Police have arrested and charged two men who were reportedly from Israel with a hate crime, after they allegedly attacked a 56-year-old African-American man in Crown Heights, Brooklyn.
The accident happened at 4:40 p.m. at Albany Avenue and Herkimer Street in the Bedford-Stuyvesant section of the borough, authorities said.
Shootings left at least five people wounded across the city early Sunday, according to published reports.
A man has been charged with raping three women in separate attacks in Brooklyn this month.
