The man was last seen wearing a black 3/4 length jacket and a fur hood, gray pants and brown boots.
Police on Long Island have launched an investigation into a bank robbery that occurred on Saturday in Medford.
Police said Scott, 17, is responsible for at least seven robberies in upper and lower Manhattan. Scott would allegedly try to talk to his teenage victims before robbing them of their iPods and cell phones.
According to detectives, he follows his victims from the train onto the platform or street, engaging them in conversation before displaying a gun or a knife.
