It might never be known for sure how several children in Briarcliff Manor developed terminal cancer, but their families are absolutely convinced that the cause is contaminated soil at two ball fields at the high school.

Two ballfields at Briarcliff Manor High School have been fenced off since 2010, the year athlete Demetri Demeropoulos died from a cancer some believe is linked to the dirt below the surface.
