Police Tuesday evening were trying to solve a murder mystery in Brooklyn, after a mother of three was found shot to death in the parking lot of Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center in Brooklyn.

Police say they have charged the mother of an 11-month-old Brooklyn boy who drowned in a bathtub with endangering the welfare of a child.
