Ken Thompson said he wants to crack down on identity theft with a cyber unit, and believes there is a role the office can play in the implementation of the NYPD’s controversial stop-and-frisk program.
With 98 percent of precincts reporting Tuesday night, Thompson was leading with 55 percent of the vote.
