The woman known as the “Hot Dog Hooker” pleaded not guilty to new charges in court Saturday, and accused authorities of framing her.
Scalia, 47, was arrested after she allegedly performed a massage, without a license, on an undercover detective at a hotel in Garden City, police said. She is also accused of offering to engage in a sexual act in exchange for money.
Wearing a bikini top under her clothes, Cathy Scalia was processed and released from the courthouse for time served and was not sent back to jail.
