A grieving family and police in New Jersey joined forces Sunday night, seeking information about a driver who left the scene of a crash that killed a motorcyclist.
Holiday travelers weren’t the only ones hitting the road for Labor Day Weekend. Extra cops were out in force looking for speeders and drunk drivers.
Port Authority Police said a 64-year-old British man walked past a distracted TSA agent and made it to an airline gate before alerting authorities to his presence Thursday.
“They’re doing a good job for the people to be safe. You know, we live in a dangerous world, never know what going to happen,” truck driver Arthur Sarkasian said.
Sentencing has been postponed for a former security supervisor at Newark Liberty International Airport who accepted bribes and kickbacks from a subordinate who stole money from passengers during screenings.
