Long Island Man Gets 18 Years After Slashing Woman’s Throat

Christopher Tessitore of Islip Terrace was sentenced to 18 years in prison for nearly decapitating a 41-year-old woman during an attack in a central New York home.

L.I. Man Pleads Guilty In Attack On Upstate Woman

Christopher Tessitore of Islip Terrace pleaded guilty to attempted murder for attacking 41-year-old Felicia Bowman inside the home of her friend in Auburn on Feb. 20. Authorities said Tessitore’s girlfriend lived at the home.
