NY Food Truck Lunch: Gochujang Burger From The Cinnamon Snail

The gochujang burger was made with a seitan patty base and included kimchi, Korean chili paste, pickled daikon & leeks, arugula, black sesame gomashio and sriracha mayo. It was spicy and delicious.

The seitan was softer than a burger, but still held together pretty well. I generally avoid veggie burgers, but this had nothing in common with previous veggie burgers I’ve had – this one was good.
