A police detective who was charged in the biker road rage attack last month has decided not to testify before a grand jury, his attorney said.
Another biker has been arrested in the road rage attack that left a sport-utility vehicle driver injured.
Alexian Lien, the sport-utility vehicle driver who was attacked and beaten in a clash with bikers last month, was seen before cameras for the first time since the attack in recent days.
Among others facing possible indictment is undercover NYPD detective Wojciech Braszczok, who is accused of being a key player in the attack.
A seventh biker has been arraigned on charges stemming from the Sept. 29 incident that began on the West Side Highway.
Wojciech Braszczok was arraigned on assault, gang assault and criminal mischief charges.
His lawyer had said Monday that the detective only witnessed other bikers attacking the vehicle.
