Report: Tax Attorney Arrested, Sued For Allegedly Knocking Woman Off Bike

A tax attorney was facing criminal charges and a civil lawsuit Wednesday for allegedly knocking a woman off her bicycle near the north end of Central Park in June, according to a published report.
