Police: Duo Stole Elderly Connecticut Woman’s Credit Cards To Go On Shopping Spree

Police said the suspects bought over $2,000 worth of goods at Lowe’s Home Improvement in Danbury before going to The Westchester Mall in White Plains to continue their shopping spree.
