Driver Stabs Passenger In Jersey City After Fight Over Destination

A man in Jersey City apparently stabbed one of the passengers in his car, after getting angry because the passengers wouldn’t tell them where they wanted to be dropped off.

City Council Bill Hikes Fines On Taxi Drivers Who Refuse Passengers

New York City taxi drivers who refuse to take passengers to their requested destination will soon be slapped with increased fines. The City Council on Wednesday unanimously approved a bill that increases those penalties.
