Actress Lindsay Lohan and her mother Dina Lohan have filed a lawsuit accusing Fox News, TV host Sean Hannity and guest commentator Michelle Fields of defamation for claiming the actress and her mother did cocaine together.
A judge Tuesday ordered Dina Lohan to pay over $3,000 in fines and fees. She’ll also perform 100 hours of community service and participate in a drunken driving program.
Dina Lohan was stopped by police on the Northern State Parkway on Sept. 12, 2013 for allegedly driving 77 mph in a 55 mph zone, according to police.
