Jin Ok Choi, 54, who won the $85 million drawing on July 3, was introduced by New York Lottery officials on Thursday.

There’s only one winning ticket and the numbers were drawn Tuesday night and word is slowly getting around Staten Island that the lucky ticket came from Tony Lau store, Empire Wine and Liquor.
