Jurors said Monday they were stuck on the rape and some other charges against Michael Pena. They say they’ve reached a verdict on other charges, including three counts of predatory sexual assault.
A 25-year-old schoolteacher alleged that officer Michael Pena asked her for directions. When she refused, he allegedly opened his jacket, displayed his gun, told her she was coming with him, and then proceeded to rape her in a courtyard.
