GCP Shooting Victim Noel Polanco Posthumously Promoted At Funeral In Queens

Members of the Army National Guard lined a street in Corona Friday as the casket of a fellow guardsman, who was shot and killed by an NYPD detective on the Grand Central Parkway, was carried into the Eternal Love Baptist Church.
