A house fire turned violent in a quiet Long Island community when a home owner allegedly pulled out a gun on Saturday.
Marilyn Carrano said she woke up around 4 a.m. and saw a glow through her bedroom window. Her neighbor’s house on Ontario Street in Ronkonkoma was on fire.
Suffolk County police said 42-year-old Sean Sheridan was pronounced dead following the early-morning fire. His body was found in the basement of the home.
