The driver of a tanker truck was hospitalized late Sunday morning, after a fuel spill shut down a ramp off Interstate 287 in Hanover Township, New Jersey.

One person was killed and three others were injured when a van overturned on I-287 in New Jersey.
The speed limit is dropping to 45 mph on westbound I-287 for a quarter-mile from Exit 9 to the Tappan Zee Bridge.
