The wild shooting on the Brighton Beach Boardwalk that left 16-year-old Tysha Jones dead and four others wounded has area residents calling for serious changes in security procedures.

Driver, 19, of Brooklyn has been charged with murder and assault. Tysha Jones, 16, was killed. Four other victims, young men in their twenties, were also shot.
