Police have a high-tech clue in the search for a stolen iPhone.
The NYPD is asking for the public’s help finding two suspected accused of robbing a 12-year-old of his iPhone in the Bronx.
Cops say the suspect has struck at least five times in the past six weeks, WCBS 880’s Jim Smith reported. In the latest robbery, the thief made off with a 15-year-old boy’s iPhone and wallet.
Police are searching for three teenage girls who allegedly stole another teen’s iPhone from her pocket as she walked in Brooklyn.
Officials urge iPhone owners to be aware of their surroundings and keep their devices tucked out of sight.
