Authorities have arrested the second man suspected of making off with a bag containing $150,000 in cash that was mistakenly left behind by ATM workers in New Jersey.
Surveillance video shows a worker for ATMForUs.com placing the bag down next to his car on Industrial Avenue on Monday before driving off.
The ATM worker was distraught and began to hyperventilate after he realized his mistake, the police chief said.
