Judge Tosses Indictment Against NJ Man Who Hit Teen With Car

William Simkins’ lawyer says the 31-year-old was chasing three teens on bicycles when 16-year-old Jason Broschard swerved into the car’s path. Broschard was thrown from the bike and died at the scene.
