A judge ruled Monday that the lawsuit against Jason Rosenbaum and Corey Rossman in connection with the disappearance of college student Lauren Spierer can move forward.
The Westchester County native vanished after a night of partying with friends in Bloomington, Ind. on June 3, 2011.
Judge Tanya Walton Pratt will hear arguments beginning at 2 p.m. at the federal courthouse in Indianapolis, Ind.
The lawsuit claims the fellow IU students gave Lauren Spierer alcohol, then failed to make sure she made it back to her Bloomington apartment safely after a night of partying in June 2011.
