A woman has been charged after a Long Island homeowner allegedly broke into his house while he was on vacation in China, only to get caught as he watched his home on a webcam.
“The Rooster didn’t just walk off,” said Owen Smith the inn’s proprietor for the past 50 years. “You would have needed a van or a big back seat to get him out of here. He was a big bird.”
