Pressed by defense lawyers on his discussions of the subject, Mike McQueary brought up a specific exchange at football practice in the hours before Paterno’s firing on Nov. 9, 2011 – four days after Jerry Sandusky’s arrest.
Matt Sandusky filed papers Tuesday in Centre County Court seeking to have the names of him and his family changed. Though the documents are sealed, they show he filed for a name change, along with his wife and four children.
Paterno estate attorney Wick Sollers said the suit was to be filed in state court in Centre County, home of Penn State’s flagship campus.
