City Of Newark Reaches Settlement With Girl Who Was Detained For Recording Officers

The City of Newark has reached a settlement with a teenage girl who was handcuffed and detained for videotaping city police officers in an incident on a public bus back in 2010, according to the American Civil Liberties Union of New Jersey.
