Long Island Man Accused Of Drunken Driving With 4-Year-Old In Car

Jose Umanzor was driving a 2001 Honda Civic in a parking lot, located at 801 Crooked Hill Rd. in Brentwood, when he tried to make a U-turn and backed into an unoccupied, parked vehicle, police said.

LI Mom Charged With DWI For Striking Man, Young Boy In Selden

Nina Gebarowski, 38, of Selden, covered her face and apologized as she left the courthouse in Central Islip Friday. Gebarowski is accused of driving drunk with her 2-year-old daughter in the car when she hit a pedestrian in Selden who was walking with his 4-year-old son.
