A man lost his leg Sunday morning, after it was hit by a train as he drunkenly lay on the tracks in Woodside, Queens.
Newlyweds Wynonna Judd and Michael “Cactus” Moser were out riding their separate motorcycles on Saturday, August 18 when tragedy struck. Moser leg was severed in the crash and doctors were forced to amputate.
Police said the 37-year-old father and the boy were each shot once in the leg at a Bronxville housing project.
Police said a witness told them he was approached by a man who appeared to have a gun on a Brooklyn street. When officers located the suspect, Andrew Raphael, they told him to stop.
Another victim, a 30-year-old man, was discovered a few blocks away with a gunshot wound to the leg. He was taken to Harlem Hospital, where he was listen in stable condition.
The 53-year-old woman suffered severe injuries to her head, face and neck.
Nassau County police were looking for the gunman Monday.
