A northern New Jersey woman and her uncle have been charged with senior neglect, after they allegedly left an elderly woman lying on the floor for as long as 15 hours before ever calling for help.
Martin Villalobos also was ordered Monday to pay $16,000 in restitution to victims and register as a sex offender. He also will have to serve five years of supervised release once he’s released from prison.
