Bay Ridge Food Cart Manager Says He Won’t Leave Block Despite Pressure From Businesses

The halal food cart at the corner of 86th Street and 5th Avenue has been there for the past three years, but in the past 3 months, some local businesses have been vocal about getting the cart to leave.
