Queens Teacher Charged With Having Sex With Underage Student

Arrested and charged with both rape and performing a criminal sexual act is 33-year-old Tara Driscoll of Bay Shore. She was a high school English teacher at Campus Magnet Educational Complex in Queens until last May when an investigation started.

The state Public Service Commission says Sal and Ruth Mazzaro can get back about $420 in utility charges. The Mazzarros were billed as commercial customers and say they’re owed more than that.
