Gov. Christie Talks Hurricane Sandy Relief In Manahawkin

Christie and Community Affairs Commissioner Richard Constable III were in Manahawkin to announce that $800 million in Sandy housing recovery funds had been dispersed.

National Weather Service Confirms Tornado Touched Down In Ocean County

The twister touched down at 10:05 a.m. with maximum speeds of 75-85 mph. It was two miles in length and about 50-100 yards wide, the National Weather Service said.
